The PHF6 gene product encodes a protein with two PHD-type zinc finger domains, indicating a potential role in transcriptional regulation, that localizes to the nucleolus. Mutations affecting the coding region of PHF6 or the splicing of the transcript have been linked to Borjeson-Forssman-Lehmann syndrome, a disorder characterized by cognitive disability, epilepsy, hypogonadism, hypometabolism, obesity, swelling of subcutaneous tissue of the face.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
