SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PHF2 (PHD finger protein 2, also called GRC5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PHF2 qPCR Primer Set – PHD finger protein 2
Also known as: CENP-35, GRC5, JHDM1E, KDM7C
About this gene: PHF2 encodes a protein which contains a zinc finger-like PHD finger, distinct from other classes of zinc finger motifs, and a hydrophobic and highly conserved domain. The PHD finger shows the typical Cys4-His-Cys3 arrangement. PHD finger genes are thought to belong to a diverse group of transcriptional regulators possibly affecting eukaryotic gene expression by influencing chromatin structure.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5253; HGNC ID: HGNC:8920; UniProt: O75151; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005392.4; Chromosome location: 9q22.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
