SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TSPAN32 (tetraspanin 32) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TSPAN32 qPCR Primer Set – tetraspanin 32
Also known as: PHEMX, PHMX, TSSC6
About this gene: This gene, which belongs to the tetraspanin superfamily, is one of multiple tumor-suppressing subtransferable fragments located in the imprinted gene domain of chromosome 11p15.5, an important tumor-suppressor gene region. Alterations in this region have been linked to Beckwith-Wiedemann syndrome, Wilms tumor, rhabdomyosarcoma, adrenocortical carcinoma, and lung, ovarian and breast cancers. TSPAN32 is located among multiple imprinted genes; however, TSPAN32, as well as the tumor-suppressing subchromosomal transferable fragment 4, escapes imprinting.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10077; HGNC ID: HGNC:13410; UniProt: Q96QS1; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_139022.3; Chromosome location: 11p15.5
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
