SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PGS1 (phosphatidylglycerophosphate synthase 1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PGS1 qPCR Primer Set – phosphatidylglycerophosphate synthase 1
About this gene: PGS1 is predicted to enable CDP-diacylglycerol-glycerol-3-phosphate 3-phosphatidyltransferase activity and calcium ion binding activity. It is predicted to be involved in cardiolipin biosynthetic process and diacylglycerol metabolic process. Is active in mitochondrion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9489; HGNC ID: HGNC:30029; UniProt: Q32NB8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024419.5; Chromosome location: 17q25.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
