SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ATP5IF1 (ATP synthase inhibitory factor subunit 1, also called IF1) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ATP5IF1 qPCR Primer Set – ATP synthase inhibitory factor subunit 1
Also known as: ATPI, ATPIF1, ATPIP, IP
About this gene: ATP5IF1 enables multiple functions, including ATPase binding activity; angiostatin binding activity; and mitochondrial proton-transporting ATP synthase complex binding activity. It is involved in multiple processes, including mitochondrial depolarization; negative regulation of cardiac muscle cell apoptotic process; and obsolete positive regulation of proteolysis involved in protein catabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 93974; HGNC ID: HGNC:871; UniProt: Q9UII2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016311.5; Chromosome location: 1p35.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
