SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PGRMC1 (progesterone receptor membrane component 1, also called mPR) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PGRMC1 qPCR Primer Set – progesterone receptor membrane component 1
Also known as: Dap1, HPR6.6, IZA, MPR
About this gene: PGRMC1 encodes a putative membrane-associated progesterone steroid receptor. The protein is expressed predominantly in the liver and kidney.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 10857; HGNC ID: HGNC:16090; UniProt: O00264; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_006667.5; Chromosome location: Xq24
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
