SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PGLYRP4 (peptidoglycan recognition protein 4, also called PGLYRPIbeta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PGLYRP4 qPCR Primer Set – peptidoglycan recognition protein 4
Also known as: PGLYRPIbeta, PGRP-Ibeta, PGRPIB, SBBI67
About this gene: Summary: This gene encodes a peptidoglycan recognition protein, which belongs to the N-acetylmuramoyl-L-alanine amidase 2 family. This antimicrobial protein binds to murein peptidoglycans of Gram-positive bacteria.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 57115; HGNC ID: HGNC:30015; UniProt: Q96LB8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_020393.4; Chromosome location: 1q21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
