SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PGF (placental growth factor, also called PlGF) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PGF qPCR Primer Set – placental growth factor
Also known as: D12S1900, PGFL, PIGF, PLGF, PlGF-2, SHGC-10760
About this gene: PGF enables growth factor activity. It is involved in positive regulation of cell population proliferation. Predicted to be active in obsolete extracellular space.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5228; HGNC ID: HGNC:8893; UniProt: P49763; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002632.6; Chromosome location: 14q24.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
