SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ATP8B4 (ATPase phospholipid transporting 8B4 (putative)) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human ATP8B4 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase phospholipid transporting 8B4 (putative)
Also known as: ATPIM
About this gene: ATP8B4 belongs to the cation transport ATPase family and type IV subfamily. The ATP8B4 protein is involved in phospholipid transport in the cell membrane.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 79895; HGNC ID: HGNC:13536; UniProt: Q8TF62; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_024837.4; Chromosome location: 15q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
