SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PGC (progastricsin) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PGC qPCR Primer Set – progastricsin
Also known as: PEPC, PGII
About this gene: PGC encodes a aspartic proteinase that belongs to the peptidase family A1. The PGC protein is a digestive enzyme that is produced in the stomach and constitutes a major component of the gastric mucosa. The PGC protein is also secreted into the serum.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5225; HGNC ID: HGNC:8890; UniProt: P20142; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002630.4; Chromosome location: 6p21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
