SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PGAM2 (phosphoglycerate mutase 2, also called PGAM-M) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PGAM2 qPCR Primer Set – phosphoglycerate mutase 2
Also known as: GSD10, PGAM-M, PGAMM
About this gene: Phosphoglycerate mutase catalyzes the reversible reaction of 3-phosphoglycerate to 2-phosphoglycerate in the glycolytic pathway. The PGAM is a dimeric enzyme containing, in different tissues, different proportions of a slow-migrating muscle isozyme, a fast-migrating brain isozyme, and a hybrid form. PGAM2 encodes muscle-specific PGAM subunit.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5224; HGNC ID: HGNC:8889; UniProt: P15259; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000290.4; Chromosome location: 7p13
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
