SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PFN2 (profilin 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PFN2 qPCR Primer Set – profilin 2
Also known as: D3S1319E, PFL
About this gene: The PFN2 protein is a ubiquitous actin monomer-binding protein belonging to the profilin family. The PFN2 gene product is believed to regulate actin polymerization in response to extracellular signals.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5217; HGNC ID: HGNC:8882; UniProt: P35080; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_053024.4; Chromosome location: 3q25.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
