About this gene: CFP encodes a plasma glycoprotein that positively regulates the alternative complement pathway of the innate immune system. Mutations in CFP result in two forms of properdin deficiency, which leads to high susceptibility to meningococcal infections.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
