About this gene: The PF4V1 protein is a chemokine that is highly similar to platelet factor 4. The PF4V1 protein displays a strong antiangiogenic function and is regulated by chemokine receptor 3. The PF4V1 protein also impairs tumor growth and can protect against blood-retinal barrier breakdown in diabetes patients.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
