SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PEX12 (peroxisomal biogenesis factor 12) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human PEX12 qPCR Primer Set – peroxisomal biogenesis factor 12
Also known as: PAF-3, PBD3A
About this gene: PEX12 belongs to the peroxin-12 family. Peroxins are proteins that are essential for the assembly of functional peroxisomes. The peroxisome biogenesis disorders are a group of genetically heterogeneous autosomal recessive, lethal diseases characterized by multiple defects in peroxisome function.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5193; HGNC ID: HGNC:8854; UniProt: O00623; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_000286.3; Chromosome location: 17q12
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
