SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PEX11G (peroxisomal biogenesis factor 11 gamma, also called Peroxin-11C) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PEX11G qPCR Primer Set – peroxisomal biogenesis factor 11 gamma
Also known as: PEX11gamma
About this gene: The PEX11G protein belongs to the PEX11 family. This family is reported to regulate the number and size of peroxisomes in evolutionarily distant organisms. The PEX11G protein may induce clustering of peroxisomes.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 92960; HGNC ID: HGNC:20208; UniProt: Q96HA9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_080662.4; Chromosome location: 19p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
