SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human GATB (glutamyl-tRNA amidotransferase subunit B, also called Gln) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human GATB qPCR Primer Set – glutamyl-tRNA amidotransferase subunit B
Also known as: COXPD41, HSPC199, PET112, PET112L
About this gene: Contributes to glutaminyl-tRNA synthase activity. It is involved in glutaminyl-tRNAGln biosynthesis via transamidation and mitochondrial translation. Implicated in combined oxidative phosphorylation deficiency 41.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5188; HGNC ID: HGNC:8849; UniProt: O75879; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004564.3; Chromosome location: 4q31.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
