About this gene: PES1 encodes a nuclear protein that contains a breast cancer associated gene 1 C-terminal interaction domain. The PES1 protein interacts with BOP1 and WDR12 to form the PeBoW complex, which plays a critical role in cell proliferation via pre-rRNA processing and 60S ribosomal subunit maturation. Expression of PES1 may play an important role in breast cancer proliferation and tumorigenicity.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
