Human ATP6V1G1 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit G1
Also known as: ATP6G, ATP6G1, ATP6GL, ATP6J, Vma10
About this gene: ATP6V1G1 encodes a component of vacuolar ATPase, a multisubunit enzyme that mediates acidification of eukaryotic intracellular organelles. V-ATPase dependent organelle acidification is necessary for such intracellular processes as protein sorting, zymogen activation, receptor-mediated endocytosis, and synaptic vesicle proton gradient generation. V-ATPase is composed of a cytosolic V1 domain and a transmembrane V0 domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9550; HGNC ID: HGNC:864; UniProt: O75348; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004888.4; Chromosome location: 9q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
