SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PECR (peroxisomal trans-2-enoyl-CoA reductase, also called TERP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PECR qPCR Primer Set – peroxisomal trans-2-enoyl-CoA reductase
Also known as: DCRRP, HPDHASE, HSA250303, PVIARL, SDR29C1, TERP
About this gene: PECR enables signaling receptor binding activity and trans-2-enoyl-CoA reductase activity. It is involved in phytol metabolic process.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55825; HGNC ID: HGNC:18281; UniProt: Q9BY49; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018441.6; Chromosome location: 2q35
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
