SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human RAPGEF2 (Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor 2, also called CNrasGEF) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human RAPGEF2 qPCR Primer Set – Rap guanine nucleotide exchange factor 2
Also known as: CNrasGEF, NRAPGEP, PDZ-GEF1, PDZGEF1, RA-GEF, RA-GEF-1, RAGEF, Rap-GEP, nRap GEP
About this gene: Members of the RAS subfamily of GTPases function in signal transduction as GTP/GDP-regulated switches that cycle between inactive GDP- and active GTP-bound states. Guanine nucleotide exchange factors, such as RAPGEF2, serve as RAS activators by promoting acquisition of GTP to maintain the active GTP-bound state and are the key link between cell surface receptors and RAS activation.[supplied by OMIM, Mar 2008].
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9693; HGNC ID: HGNC:16854; UniProt: Q9Y4G8; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001394067.2; Chromosome location: 4q32.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
