About this gene: Pyruvate dehydrogenase complex catalyzes the oxidative decarboxylation of pyruvate and links glycolysis to the tricarboxylic acid cycle and fatty acid synthesis. The dephosphorylation and reactivation of PDC is catalyzed by pyruvate dehydrogenase phosphatase. The dimeric PDP has a catalytic subunit and a regulatory subunit.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
