About this gene: PDLIM2 belongs to the ALP subfamily of PDZ-LIM domain proteins. The PDLIM2 protein suppresses anchorage-dependent growth and promotes cell migration and adhesion through interactions with the actin cytoskeleton via the PDZ domain. The PDLIM2 protein is also a putative tumor suppressor protein, and decreased expression of PDLIM2 is linked to multiple malignancies including breast cancer and adult T-cell leukemia.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
