About this gene: PDGFRL encodes a protein with significant sequence similarity to the ligand binding domain of platelet-derived growth factor receptor beta. Mutations in PDGFRL, or deletion of a chromosomal segment containing PDGFRL, are linked to sporadic hepatocellular carcinomas, colorectal cancers, and non-small cell lung cancers. This suggests PDGFRL product may function as a tumor suppressor.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
