SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PDGFRB (platelet derived growth factor receptor beta, also called PDGFR-beta) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PDGFRB qPCR Primer Set – platelet derived growth factor receptor beta
Also known as: CD140B, IBGC4, IMF1, JTK12, KOGS, OPDKD, PDGFR, PDGFR-1, PDGFR1, PENTT
About this gene: The PDGFRB protein is a cell surface tyrosine kinase receptor for members of the platelet-derived growth factor family. These growth factors are mitogens for cells of mesenchymal origin. The identity of the growth factor bound to a receptor monomer determines whether the functional receptor is a homodimer or a heterodimer.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5159; HGNC ID: HGNC:8804; UniProt: P09619; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002609.4; Chromosome location: 5q32
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
