SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PDE1C (phosphodiesterase 1C, also called Hcam3) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PDE1C qPCR Primer Set – phosphodiesterase 1C
Also known as: DFNA74, Hcam3, cam-PDE 1C, hCam-3
About this gene: PDE1C encodes a enzyme that belongs to the 3'5'-cyclic nucleotide phosphodiesterase family. Members of this family catalyze hydrolysis of the cyclic nucleotides, cyclic adenosine monophosphate and cyclic guanosine monophosphate, to the corresponding nucleoside 5'-monophosphates. The enzyme encoded by PDE1C regulates proliferation and migration of vascular smooth muscle cells, and neointimal hyperplasia.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5137; HGNC ID: HGNC:8776; UniProt: Q14123; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001191057.4; Chromosome location: 7p14.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
