SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PDCL (phosducin like, also called PHLP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PDCL qPCR Primer Set – phosducin like
Also known as: PhLP
About this gene: Phosducin-like protein is a putative modulator of heterotrimeric G proteins. The protein shares extensive amino acid sequence homology with phosducin, a phosphoprotein expressed in retina and pineal gland. Both phosducin-like protein and phosphoducin have been shown to regulate G-protein signaling by binding to the beta-gamma subunits of G proteins.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5082; HGNC ID: HGNC:8770; UniProt: Q13371; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_005388.5; Chromosome location: 9q33.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
