SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PDCD5 (programmed cell death 5) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PDCD5 qPCR Primer Set – programmed cell death 5
Also known as: TFAR19
About this gene: PDCD5 encodes a protein that is upregulated during apoptosis where it translocates rapidly from the cytoplasm to the nucleus. The PDCD5 protein may be an important regulator of K acetyltransferase 5 (a protein involved in transcription, DNA damage response and cell cycle control) by inhibiting its proteasome-dependent degradation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9141; HGNC ID: HGNC:8764; UniProt: O14737; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004708.4; Chromosome location: 19q13.11
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
