SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PDCD4 (programmed cell death 4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PDCD4 qPCR Primer Set – programmed cell death 4
Also known as: H731
About this gene: PDCD4 is a tumor suppressor and encodes a protein that binds to the eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4A1 and inhibits its function by preventing RNA binding.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 27250; HGNC ID: HGNC:8763; UniProt: Q53EL6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_014456.5; Chromosome location: 10q25.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
