Human ATP6V1B2 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit B2
Also known as: ATP6B1B2, ATP6B2, DOOD, HO57, VATB, VPP3, Vma2, ZLS2
About this gene: ATP6V1B2 encodes a component of vacuolar ATPase, a multisubunit enzyme that mediates acidification of eukaryotic intracellular organelles. V-ATPase dependent organelle acidification is necessary for such intracellular processes as protein sorting, zymogen activation, receptor-mediated endocytosis, and synaptic vesicle proton gradient generation. V-ATPase is composed of a cytosolic V1 domain and a transmembrane V0 domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 526; HGNC ID: HGNC:854; UniProt: P21281; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001693.4; Chromosome location: 8p21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
