SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PDCD2 (programmed cell death 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PDCD2 qPCR Primer Set – programmed cell death 2
Also known as: RP8, ZMYND7
About this gene: PDCD2 encodes a nuclear protein expressed in a variety of tissues. Expression of PDCD2 is reported to be repressed by B-cell CLL/lymphoma 6, a transcriptional repressor required for lymph node germinal center development, suggesting that BCL6 regulates apoptosis by its effects on this protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5134; HGNC ID: HGNC:8762; UniProt: Q16342; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_002598.4; Chromosome location: 6q27
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
