SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human TUSC2 (tumor suppressor 2, mitochondrial calcium regulator) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human TUSC2 qPCR Primer Set – tumor suppressor 2, mitochondrial calcium regulator
Also known as: C3orf11, FUS1, PAP, PDAP2
About this gene: It is predicted to be involved in inflammatory response and regulation of mitochondrial membrane potential. It is predicted to act upstream of or within multiple processes, including natural killer cell differentiation; neutrophil-mediated killing of gram-negative bacterium; and regulation of cytokine production. Predicted to be active in mitochondrion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 11334; HGNC ID: HGNC:17034; UniProt: O75896; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_007275.3; Chromosome location: 3p21.31
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
