Product Description

SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ATP6V1B1 (ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit B1) gene expression by real-time PCR.

Human ATP6V1B1 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase H+ transporting V1 subunit B1

Also known as: ATP6B1, DRTA2, RTA1B, VATB, VMA2, VPP3

About this gene: ATP6V1B1 encodes a component of vacuolar ATPase, a multisubunit enzyme that mediates acidification of eukaryotic intracellular organelles. V-ATPase dependent organelle acidification is necessary for such intracellular processes as protein sorting, zymogen activation, receptor-mediated endocytosis, and synaptic vesicle proton gradient generation. V-ATPase is composed of a cytosolic V1 domain and a transmembrane V0 domain.

Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 525; HGNC ID: HGNC:853; UniProt: P15313; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001692.4; Chromosome location: 2p13.3

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
