SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human MED15 (mediator complex subunit 15, also called ARC105) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human MED15 qPCR Primer Set – mediator complex subunit 15
Also known as: ARC105, CAG7A, CTG7A, PCQAP, TIG-1, TIG1, TNRC7
About this gene: The MED15 protein is a subunit of the multiprotein complexes PC2 and ARC/DRIP and may function as a transcriptional coactivator in RNA polymerase II transcription.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 51586; HGNC ID: HGNC:14248; UniProt: Q96RN5; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001003891.3; Chromosome location: 22q11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
