SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PCID2 (PCI domain containing 2) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PCID2 qPCR Primer Set – PCI domain containing 2
About this gene: PCID2 encodes a component of the TREX-2 complex, which regulates mRNA export from the nucleus. The PCID2 protein regulates expression of Mad2 mitotic arrest deficient-like 1, a cell division checkpoint protein. The PCID2 protein also interacts with and stabilizes Brca2 protein.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55795; HGNC ID: HGNC:25653; UniProt: Q5JVF3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001127202.4; Chromosome location: 13q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
