SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PCDHGB4 (protocadherin gamma subfamily B, 4, also called PCDH-gamma-B4) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PCDHGB4 qPCR Primer Set – protocadherin gamma subfamily B, 4
Also known as: CDH20, FIB2, PCDH-GAMMA-B4
About this gene: PCDHGB4 belongs to the protocadherin gamma gene cluster, one of three related clusters tandemly linked on chromosome five. These gene clusters have an immunoglobulin-like organization, suggesting that a novel mechanism may be involved in their regulation and expression. The gamma gene cluster includes 22 genes divided into 3 subfamilies.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 8641; HGNC ID: HGNC:8711; UniProt: Q9UN71; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_003736.4; Chromosome location: 5q31.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
