SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PCDH7 (protocadherin 7, also called BH-Pcdh) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PCDH7 qPCR Primer Set – protocadherin 7
Also known as: BH-Pcdh, BHPCDH, PPP1R120
About this gene: PCDH7 belongs to the protocadherin gene family, a subfamily of the cadherin superfamily. The gene encodes a protein with an extracellular domain containing 7 cadherin repeats. The gene product is an integral membrane protein that is believed to function in cell-cell recognition and adhesion.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5099; HGNC ID: HGNC:8659; UniProt: O60245; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001173523.2; Chromosome location: 4p15.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
