About this gene: DCHS1 belongs to the cadherin superfamily whose members encode calcium-dependent cell-cell adhesion molecules. The DCHS1 protein has a signal peptide, 27 cadherin repeat domains and a unique cytoplasmic region. The cell-cell adhesion of fibroblasts is believed to be necessary for wound healing.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H₂O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
