SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human ATP6V0A1 (ATPase H+ transporting V0 subunit a1) gene expression by real-time PCR.
Human ATP6V0A1 qPCR Primer Set – ATPase H+ transporting V0 subunit a1
Also known as: ATP6N1, ATP6N1A, DEE104, NEDEBA, Stv1, VPP1, Vph1, a1
About this gene: ATP6V0A1 encodes a component of vacuolar ATPase, a multisubunit enzyme that mediates acidification of eukaryotic intracellular organelles. V-ATPase dependent organelle acidification is necessary for such intracellular processes as protein sorting, zymogen activation, receptor-mediated endocytosis, and synaptic vesicle proton gradient generation. V-ATPase is composed of a cytosolic V1 domain and a transmembrane V0 domain.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 535; HGNC ID: HGNC:865; UniProt: Q93050; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001130021.3; Chromosome location: 17q21.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
