About this gene: The PCBP2 protein appears to be multifunctional. Along with PCBP-1 and hnRNPK, it is one of the major cellular poly-binding proteins. The PCBP2 protein contains three K-homologous domains which may be involved in RNA binding.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
