SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human DCAF6 (DDB1 and CUL4 associated factor 6, also called NRIP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human DCAF6 qPCR Primer Set – DDB1 and CUL4 associated factor 6
Also known as: 1200006M05Rik, ARCAP, IQWD1, MSTP055, NRIP, PC326
About this gene: The DCAF6 protein is a ligand-dependent coactivator of nuclear receptors, including nuclear receptor subfamily 3 group C member 1, glucocorticoid receptor, and androgen receptor. The DCAF6 protein and DNA damage binding protein 2 may act as tumor promoters and tumor suppressors, respectively, by regulating the level of androgen receptor in prostate tissues. In addition, this protein can act with glucocorticoid receptor to promote human papillomavirus gene expression.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55827; HGNC ID: HGNC:30002; UniProt: Q58WW2; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001198956.2; Chromosome location: 1q24.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
