SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PBRM1 (polybromo 1, also called BAF180) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PBRM1 qPCR Primer Set – polybromo 1
Also known as: BAF180, PB1, RCC, SMARCH1
About this gene: This locus encodes a subunit of ATP-dependent chromatin-remodeling complexes. The PBRM1 protein has been identified as in integral component of complexes necessary for ligand-dependent transcriptional activation by nuclear hormone receptors. Mutations at this locus have been linked to primary clear cell renal cell carcinoma.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55193; HGNC ID: HGNC:30064; UniProt: Q86U86; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001405607.1; Chromosome location: 3p21.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
