SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PAX5 (paired box 5, also called BSAP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PAX5 qPCR Primer Set – paired box 5
Also known as: ALL3, BSAP, PAX-5
About this gene: PAX5 belongs to the paired box family of transcription factors. The central feature of PAX5 family is a novel, highly conserved DNA-binding motif, known as the paired box. Paired box transcription factors are important regulators in early development, and alterations in the expression of their genes are thought to contribute to neoplastic transformation.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 5079; HGNC ID: HGNC:8619; UniProt: Q02548; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_016734.3; Chromosome location: 9p13.2
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
