SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PARVA (parvin alpha, also called CH-ILKBP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PARVA qPCR Primer Set – parvin alpha
Also known as: CH-ILKBP, MXRA2
About this gene: PARVA belongs to the parvin family of actin-binding proteins. Parvins are linked to focal contacts and contain calponin homology domains that bind to actin filaments.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 55742; HGNC ID: HGNC:14652; UniProt: Q9NVD7; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_018222.5; Chromosome location: 11p15.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
