SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PARP12 (poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase family member 12, also called ARTD12) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PARP12 qPCR Primer Set – poly(ADP-ribose) polymerase family member 12
Also known as: ARTD12, MST109, MSTP109, ZC3H1, ZC3HDC1
About this gene: PARP12 enables NAD+-protein mono-ADP-ribosyltransferase activity. It is involved in protein auto-ADP-ribosylation and transepithelial transport. Is active in trans-Golgi network.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64761; HGNC ID: HGNC:21919; UniProt: Q9H0J9; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022750.4; Chromosome location: 7q34
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
