About this gene: The PARN protein is a 3'-exoribonuclease, with similarity to the RNase D family of 3'-exonucleases. The PARN gene product prefers poly as the substrate, hence, efficiently degrades poly tails of mRNAs. Exonucleolytic degradation of the poly tail is often the first step in the decay of eukaryotic mRNAs.

What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
