Human ARHGAP29 qPCR Primer Set – Rho GTPase activating protein 29
Also known as: PARG1
About this gene: Rap1 is a small GTPase that, through effectors, regulates Rho GTPase signaling. These effectors- Rasip1, Radil, and the protein encoded by ARHGAP29- translocate to the cell membrane, where they form a multiprotein complex. This complex is necessary for Rap1-induced inhibition of Rho signaling.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 9411; HGNC ID: HGNC:30207; UniProt: Q52LW3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_004815.4; Chromosome location: 1p22.1-p21.3
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
