SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PARD6A (par-6 family cell polarity regulator alpha, also called PAR6C) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PARD6A qPCR Primer Set – par-6 family cell polarity regulator alpha
Also known as: PAR-6A, PAR6, PAR6C, PAR6alpha, TAX40, TIP-40
About this gene: PARD6A belongs to the PAR6 family and encodes a protein with a PSD95/Discs-large/ZO1 domain and a semi-Cdc42/Rac interactive binding domain. This cell membrane protein is involved in asymmetrical cell division and cell polarization processes as a member of a multi-protein complex. The protein also has a role in the epithelial-to-mesenchymal transition that characterizes the invasive phenotype linked to metastatic carcinomas.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 50855; HGNC ID: HGNC:15943; UniProt: Q9NPB6; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001037281.2; Chromosome location: 16q22.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
