SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PARD3 (par-3 family cell polarity regulator, also called ASIP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PARD3 qPCR Primer Set – par-3 family cell polarity regulator
Also known as: ASIP, Baz, PAR3, PAR3alpha, PARD-3, PARD3A, PPP1R118, SE2-5L16, SE2-5LT1, SE2-5T2
About this gene: PARD3 belongs to the PARD protein family. PARD family members interact with other PARD family members and other proteins; they affect asymmetrical cell division and direct polarized cell growth.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 56288; HGNC ID: HGNC:16051; UniProt: Q8TEW0; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_001184785.2; Chromosome location: 10p11.22-p11.21
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
