SYBR Green qPCR primers for detecting human PAPOLG (poly(A) polymerase gamma, also called Neo-PAP) gene expression by real-time PCR. Each set comes with primer sequences and reaction conditions.
Human PAPOLG qPCR Primer Set – poly(A) polymerase gamma
About this gene: PAPOLG belongs to the poly polymerase family which catalyzes template-independent extension of the 3' end of a DNA/RNA strand. This enzyme shares 60% identity to the well characterized poly polymerase II at the amino acid level. These two enzymes have similar organization of structural and functional domains.
Gene details: NCBI Gene ID: 64895; HGNC ID: HGNC:14982; UniProt: Q9BWT3; RefSeq (MANE Select): NM_022894.4; Chromosome location: 2p16.1
What you get: Primers are provided as a 40 µl solution containing both primers at a final concentration of 50 µM in 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5), 0.1 mM EDTA. Dilute with H2O as needed prior to use. This amount is sufficient for 1,000 PCR reactions of 20 µl, assuming a final primer concentration of 0.1 µM.
